There is no charge for the 30-minute initial consultation. If additional consultations or research or other services are necessary, my fee is currently $225.00 an hour. Many of my employment cases are done on a contingency basis where I do not receive a fee unless there is a recovery, while the client is responsible for costs. Other cases are charged on an hourly basis, sometimes just at the beginning to determine if the case has merit or if the client does not seek monetary damages, for example, only seeks reinstatement to a former position.
